Order Process
When you order from us or send emails to us, you are agreeing to receive in 7 days, order confirmation electronically.
The order confirmation included price list, total amount and charge fees.
You have 30 days to confirm that order is correct.

Please Note:
1) The first order must be over €100.
2) All prices are excluding VAT at the current rate.
3) The prices do not include postage and packaging charges, which are added to your order on checkout.
4) Out of stock items will be removed from order unless we can swap the pack size.

Payment
We require payment in advance. Payment for each order adding postage and packaging can be accepted by either of the following methods:
1) By credit/debit card payment using our secure server. We accept credit and debit cards Visa, Mastercard. We are able to take secure payment in Pounds Sterling.
2) By bank transfer

Dispatch Goods and Delivery Times
• Purchases are dispatched within 5 working days upon receipt order confirmation and payment.
Outside Spain charges will be worked out by weight and destination. Orders over £500 have free delivery. The order is sent the way which requires a signature upon receipt.
• Usually within three to four days following the day of posting you receive the purchase.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Customers should note that product finishing can vary during the manufacturing process. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight differences in shape/form are possible. Beads may discolour over time, and we cannot guarantee they will remain colourfast indefinitely.

If, for any reason, your purchase arrives to you damaged or is unsatisfactory in any way, please return it within 15 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage and packaging charges). A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please contact us prior to sending back any items, in case of damaged please send us also photo of the item.
All exchanges will be charged postage and packaging for the new item.
Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, all earring findings are non-returnable.
Please ensure that you use suitable packaging, because we will not refund items that are damaged during transit to us. Also we will not issue a refund for items that are not received.

Please note, if you have ordered the wrong item, or it was not you wanted, we can only refund you for the goods returned and not the postage.

Back Orders
If occurs that one of your items is not in stock on the date that we process your order or is no longer in stock, we will contact you with the option to choose an alternative or cancel the item and offer a refund.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Your privacy is important to us. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1999). We collect information about you to enable us to process your order and to communicate with you regarding your order. The information we collect includes your name and address, telephone number, email address and credit/debit card details. The information that we collect from our customers is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. User access to website can be totally or partial cancel without any prior information, if it’s appropriate by Amelia Gonzalez SL.

We want you to feel completely at ease buying over the Internet. The security is a major concern to us and our customers therefore we use TPV Virtual, as our online payment system. Is a part of the La Caixa Bank, all VISA and Master Card transactions are accepted, completely safe and encrypted to ensure the maximum protection. Once payment has been validated and authorisation approved, the card details are deleted.
